Tuesday,
on empty.

A normal Tuesday for a business owner running on empty. Every coffee buys an hour. By bath time, the tank is dry. Sound familiar?

Average isn't optimal.

The GP says your bloods are fine. At 3pm you feel flat. Results get checked against a range built from the average person, and average for a tired, busy 35-year-old isn't where you want to be. We read your numbers against where you'd want them.

The GP said your results were fine. You still feel flat at 3pm.

Run your
quick P&L.

Five questions about a normal week. Move them and watch the bottom line. It's a rough read, not a test. The real one starts with your bloods and a DEXA scan.

Running at a loss. Most of your week is borrowed from tomorrow.

Less noise.
Next step.

Podcasts, Google and Instagram give you more information. We give you the next step: one topic a week, built from your numbers, that fits around a business and young kids.

Noise

Ten tabs, three podcasts, a mate's advice and a template diet. Nothing built for you.

Your numbers

Full bloods and a DEXA scan, read like a P&L. Where you're running at a loss, and why.

Eight weeks

One clear move a week, in order, with a coach and a group of blokes doing the same.

  1. Week 0, Onboard. Bloods, DEXA, your Health P&L and Balance Sheet, goals, a fitness baseline.
  2. Week 1, Fuel. Protein at every meal, added sugar out. Family-kitchen food, 80/20.
  3. Week 2, Train. Three sessions a week, planned for you. Gym, home or beginner.
  4. Week 3, Bloods audit. Your results, line by line, and what moves each one.
  5. Week 4, Sleep. Rest and recovery, so you stop needing three alarms.
  6. Week 5, Stimulants. Coffee, energy drinks and supplements. What earns its place.
  7. Week 6, Hormones. Testosterone and cholesterol, once the engine is built.
  8. Week 7, Business. Energy for the decisions that matter, not just getting through.
  9. Week 8, Identity. Relationships, who you're becoming, and the plan from here.

Chris was 27 when his GP said he was fine. He wasn't. Three alarms, brain fog by lunch, and a new business and family at once. He fixed it one step at a time.

Metabolic CEO is that system, built for blokes running a business with young kids. Most of the men he works with are like you: good at their job, tired of being tired, and done guessing.

Straight answers.

I don't have time for this? Three training sessions a week, planned for you. Videos are self-paced and there's one group call. It's built for owners with kids.

I've already had a full blood test? Good, you've got data. This is what you do with it, week by week.

I'm on TRT, or thinking about it? Build the engine before the jet fuel. Hormones are week 6, not week 1, and we work alongside your doctor.

Is it online? Yes. Content and tracking run in your own app, with a weekly group call and a WhatsApp group. Bloods and DEXA are done in Sydney.

What will I eat? Normal family food. Protein at every meal, added sugar out, 80/20. We're not robots.

Do I need a gym? No. There are gym, home and beginner programs, three sessions a week.

Will it work? We don't promise results. We track energy, sleep, training, waist and your bloods, so you can see exactly what moved.

Should my partner be on the call? If you'd like. Most partners have watched you run on empty for a while.

Who isn't it for? Anyone after a pill or a quick fix, or who won't change food, sleep or training. It's also not in-person personal training.

What happens on the call? 30 to 45 minutes. We go through how you're running, what you've tried and whether the sprint fits. No pressure if it doesn't.
